Three Games
Capitals 3 – Predators 2 Nashville played so well on the road versus a very well coached Washington team that nearly all statistical categories for the game were similar and if not for “Ovie” assisting and scoring for the Capitals this game belonged to the Predators.
Red Wings 4 (en) – Blackhawks 1 Another home loss for Chicago going 1-4-0 that has created a dismal start to their season and Detroit has won their second consecutive game to climb one game above .500% in the standings.
Golden Knights 4 (en) – Oilers 2 The Knights won their first game of the season on the road with their fifth attempt and Edmonton continues to lose at home and win on the road.
Buffalo Winter 
I just don’t get it with the Predators and have started to re-consider whether to bench Saros or not on my FL roster.
And get a load of this. Last night I noticed that Mitch Marner and Kyle Connor are free agents, so I grabbed them conditionally. I had to take a double take because I couldn’t believe my eyes. I didn’t have time to check the reason for it. Could be that one of the league teams has dropped out? The two moves will be processed on the morning of Nov 8. It’s like Christmas.

FYI Sad news. TR’s sister passed away. He shared this on the OT.

After decades of tending bar and listening/sharing with customers this very situation…I have seen people literally grow weary from all the sincere condolences that just continue to highlight their loved one’s passing
so in person I just offer, “if there is anything I can do for you please let me know”
I still have no words for those that grieve, I can include them in my morning prayers, my faith in Christ helps me come to grips with what we all one day have to deal with
